Sent into the world. Imagine the Impact.

We have world-class partners here in Detroit and around the world that are helping to change not only the landscape of mission work, but the very lives of those they serve. Churches are being planted, communities are being developed and strengthened, and the futures of widows and orphans are full of hope and promise like never before. Kids are learning to read, the sick are being healed, and people in the hardest places are hearing about Jesus for the first time. We can’t do it without you.

Being the hands and feet of Jesus never stops! Through continued generosity, stories keep unfolding and lives continue to be changed, day after day. We invite you to be a part of what God is doing and ask you to pray, hear, and obey.

Who Should Be Baptized

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, placing your faith in His death and resurrection as the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin, then you are ready to be baptized! Your baptism is an opportunity to show others that you now belong to Jesus and are committed to walking with Him always.

Baptism symbolizes what took place in your heart at the time of salvation:

  • Accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
  • Shared in His death, burial, and resurrection, illustrated by going under the water (dead to your old life), then rising again (new life).

Questions? Contact Tracey Krusz at tkrusz@gracewired.com or call 313.936.1501.

Here at Grace, we understand Scripture to teach that only professing believers who understand the gospel and have committed to a life of following Christ are eligible for baptism. For infants and young children, we practice Parent/Child Dedication. For information about Parent/Child Dedication, email La Kesia Patton, or call 313.936.1511.
